By accessing and using the wealthoxa.com platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by Wealthoxa S.A. (CUIT: 30-71892345-6), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, we ask that you not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Wealthoxa S.A., governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Wealthoxa is a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with development and construction projects in Argentina. Our service allows users to participate in collective investment opportunities in the real estate sector through capital contributions channeled to specific projects.

The Platform acts as a technological intermediary between real estate project developers and investors. Wealthoxa does not guarantee the success of any project or the achievement of any return.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Argentine law (Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, Law No. 26,994), and not be prohibited from making investments by any competent authority.

By registering, you declare and warrant that all information you provide is truthful, complete, and up to date. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.

All investments carry risks. Real estate crowdlending is no exception. There is a possibility of partially or totally losing the invested capital. Factors such as construction delays, changes in the real estate market, macroeconomic variations, and regulatory risks may affect project outcomes.

Wealthoxa does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. We recommend consulting with professional advisors before making investment decisions. The information provided on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offering of securities.

Wealthoxa may charge fees for the services provided. Applicable fees are detailed in the corresponding section of the platform and in the specific documentation for each project. We reserve the right to modify fees upon prior notice to users.

The user is responsible for the tax obligations arising from investments made through the platform, in accordance with current Argentine tax legislation.

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code, is the property of Wealthoxa S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.

The reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Wealthoxa S.A. is prohibited.

Wealthoxa shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.

If any provision of these terms is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Wealthoxa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
